At Masterschool, we provide students with a laptop to support their learning. Here’s what you need to know about warranty coverage, handling issues, and insurance.


Does Masterschool Provide Insurance for the Laptop?

No, Masterschool does not provide insurance for laptops.

Students are responsible for taking care of their devices and should avoid spills, accidental drops, or other damage.

What Happens if My Laptop Has an Issue?

  • Warranty Coverage: All laptops come with Apple’s standard warranty. If you experience a warranty-related issue, you can contact Apple Support or reach out to us for guidance on the next steps.

  • Responsibility for Care: Students are responsible for keeping their laptop in good condition throughout the program, as outlined in the computer contract they sign.

  • Damage or Loss: If the laptop is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond warranty coverage, students are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
